Will you perform outdoors?

Yes. Due to the nature of stringed instruments however, the musicians do require full shade, minimal wind, no precipitation and temperatures around 65-85° in order to provide quality music. 

 

What is the musician's attire?

Unless otherwise arranged, musician's attire is black tuxedo for men and formal black for women. 

 

Is overtime available?

Overtime is possible. The musicians have been reserved for your specific time frame, and plan on ending at the contracted time as they frequently have other commitments scheduled. If the musicians are available to remain, overtime will be prorated in half-hour increments, and must be paid onsite. 

 

What is your Reservation Policy? 

A signed contract, along with your reservation deposit and a post-dated check for the balance due guarantees your booking. Balance due checks will be deposited two weeks before the event. Please note that the 50% reservation is NON-refundable once your booking is confirmed.  

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing, and received at least two weeks before your event date to be refunded the balance due check. Reservation deposits are NON-refundable.
